National Shrine of St. Jude
St. Jude is the Catholic patron saint of hope and impossible causes and one of Jesus’ twelve Apostles. The National Shrine of St. Jude and the St. Jude League provide the path for petitions of need and gratitude to be delivered directly to the altar of St. Jude at the National Shrine. As in all the decades past, we place the people’s intentions at the altar weekly, and offer their requests in our Masses and our prayers. The devotees of St. Jude throughout this country form an inspired prayer community.
We invite you to join us and send your petitions to St. Jude. Through his powerful intercession to Jesus on our behalf, he has proven to be a beacon of hope to those facing life’s challenges and seemingly impossible causes.
Join us also for the Solemn Novenas to St. Jude, special times of prayer which take place five times a year. Learn more about the life of St. Jude. And take an ePilgrimage to explore the history of the National Shrine.
Your petitions are always welcomed and always trusted to St. Jude’s care.
